For our contribution to inclusion, we have been in contact with the Glückstäder Werkstätten for a few years. An organisation that specialises in the work-life of disabled people.
With our wide range of job profiles, we have offered the experience to eager people, not regarding any disabilities. Our most recent college, Nele, is in her 6th month with CMT. She is feeling very welcome in the team and we appreciate her work.
In return, our work has been appreciated too. The elmar, an agency that connects people with disabilities and companies, has awarded CMT for their work. Our managing director has accepted the reward but replied "This form of inclusion should be ordinary".

The elmar has been founded by a few companies from the districts Pinneberg and Steinburg and is supported by the counties as well. Their work is an important step towards gaining more understanding of inclusion but relies on the support of companies.
Only by having experiences with motivated disabled people, we can remove prejudices from the work environment.

We will continue our work with the Glückstäder Werkstätten and hope to inspire more companies to include people with disabilities too.
