General

CMT provides a download area for its customers. To do so, please log in at the bottom of this page. If you don't have login credentials yet, please register first. A new entry called "Download" will then appear at the bottom of the left menu. Software, user manuals, etc. can be downloaded there.

Products

If you discover a problem with one of our devices, simply send it to us. We will then examine it. If there is a manufacturing error, we will fix the error free of charge, as most of our devices have a manufacturer's guarantee. If the device is damaged due to incorrect handling, we will either repair it or replace it with a new device, but we will charge this.
