A good understanding of your staff for the monitoring of machines and plants has a direct influence on the lifetime and reliability of the plants.
Installation
Our many years of experience in installation and commissioning on board seagoing vessels enables cost-effective retrofits or new builds, including a final commissioning, to be carried out with minimal disruption to service. As a full-service provider, we are able to handle every phase of a project from design and construction to installation, commissioning and training. CMT has a qualified team of erection and commissioning engineers with extensive experience of on-site requirements. Installation and commissioning can be offered with all devices purchased from CMT.
Service on Site
CMT employs a team of qualified engineers with extensive experience in the maritime sector. We would be happy to take over the installation or commissioning of our products for you. On request, we also examine possible maintenance work on condition monitoring devices not sold by CMT.
Calibration
CMT offers calibration for a large number of devices. Calibration is very important to guarantee accurate results long after manufacture.
We recommend calibration for all our devices every two years. The next calibration date of our devices is noted on a label on the device and on the calibration certificate.
Training
Doing business in an environment where work is heavily dependent on the help of machinery places high demands on employee training in terms of operation and maintenance. Ships, machinery, equipment, and industrial sites are environments where good workforce training protects your investment and is a key to flawless operation.
Make sure your employees are adequately trained on the devices or increase their level of knowledge on a specific topic. This optimizes service life, minimizes maintenance costs and optimizes reliability.
